Data Deletion Instruction
At Vocably, we understand the importance of your personal data and are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. If, at any point, you wish to have your data deleted from our system, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Go to our website, either vocably.eu, kids.vocably.eu, or corp.vocably.eu, depending on where you have registered.
Click on the “Log In” button at the top right corner.
Enter your credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Account Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile icon at the top right corner.
From the drop-down menu, select “Account Settings” or a similar option that leads you to your personal details.
Step 3: Request Data Deletion
At the bottom of the Account Settings page, you should find an option labeled “Delete My Account” or something similar.
Click on it. You might be prompted to enter your password for verification and to confirm your choice.
Note: If you don’t see such an option, please contact our support team directly at support@vocably.eu with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Step 4: Confirmation
After initiating the deletion request, you’ll receive an email to your registered email address confirming the same.
Click on the confirmation link within the email to finalize the process. This step is crucial to ensure that the request was made by you and not by someone else.
Step 5: Data Deletion Process
Once you’ve confirmed, our system will start the data deletion process.
It might take up to 30 days for complete removal due to technical reasons and backup systems. During this period, you won’t be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any data.
Additional Information
Deleting your data will result in the termination of all services associated with your account.
If you’re subscribed to any of our packages, ensure you cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges.
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
