Click on the “Log In” button at the top right corner.

At the bottom of the Account Settings page, you should find an option labeled “Delete My Account” or something similar.
Click on it. You might be prompted to enter your password for verification and to confirm your choice.<\/p>\n
Note: If you don’t see such an option, please contact our support team directly at support@vocably.eu with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.<\/p>\n

After initiating the deletion request, you’ll receive an email to your registered email address confirming the same.
Click on the confirmation link within the email to finalize the process. This step is crucial to ensure that the request was made by you and not by someone else.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve confirmed, our system will start the data deletion process.
It might take up to 30 days for complete removal due to technical reasons and backup systems. During this period, you won’t be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any data.<\/p>\n
